Kulsys Technologies collaborated closely with SCALICX to develop and deploy the SCALICX Factory Automation System. Leveraging state-of-the-art RFID technology, we designed a robust tracking system to monitor material movement from warehouse intake to final product assembly. RFID tags and readers were strategically positioned throughout the factory, enabling seamless tracking and traceability. 

Our customized software solution integrated seamlessly with SCALICX's existing infrastructure, encompassing various manufacturing modules such as BOM management, purchase orders, sales orders, design tracking, and customer management. This integrated approach provided SCALICX with real-time visibility into production processes, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
